About Rozz Advisors

Our story

Rozz Advisors was founded by Clemens Rossberg in 2024.

Clemens is a serial entrepreneur in the tech industry with more than 25 years of experience working as investment banker, management consultant and C-level executive in more than 20 countries around the globe.

During his career he founded or co-founded five companies:

• NextGen (1999), a consultancy specialized in the telecom and internet industries

• fonYou Wireless (2006), a Spanish MVNO (acquired)

• fonYou Telecom (2009 – www.fonyou.com), a “Fintel” company (= Fintech for telecom)

• Misterfone (2013), a mobile-only VoIP calling company and

• Rozz Advisors (2024), an M&A firm.

As co-founder, CFO and later COO of fonYou Telecom, Clemens was responsible for raising over €20 mln in financing and played an integral role in growing the company into a profitable business with ARR in the double digit millions.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Clemens worked in Lehman Brothers' TMT industry group in London and at One, a mobile operator in Austria. He holds a Masters degree in International Business Management from the University of Vienna.

During his career Clemens has carried out dozens of M&A and financing transactions, spanning amounts of hundreds of thousands or millions of euros during his activity as an entrepreneur to billion euro deals during his period as investment banker.
